April showers bring May flowers; spring is finally here so it is time to break out the pastel colors and cooler clothing. Move your winter jackets, winter boots and winter scarves to the back of your closet. Switch those items in for your lightweight jackets, rain boots and an umbrella (or sunglasses if you’re lucky).
Pastel colors can be exciting but do not get too carried away. You are able to mix and match different pastel colors in an outfit, but be sure to do so in a somewhat subtle way because no one wants to be walking around campus looking like an Easter egg. In order to mix pastels, maybe wear a purple pastel coat, somewhat like this Fashionista’s, with a pair of gray pants and a pastel green statement necklace. There are so many other options as well. Just have fun with it!
