We all have those favorite summer staple pieces we just don’t want to put in the back of our closet. Transitioning from one season to another can quickly become a heartache. We have to go to our closet and say goodbye to favorites, while welcoming in new little numbers that we can’t wait to rock. This outfit was created using the Fashionista’s summer staples paired with new fall favorites. This blends the best of both worlds. She gets to transform the summer style into something new and keep it in the front of the closet for that much longer.
This Fashionista began with her favorite top from Eula Fern’s. This To Dye For top became an easy transition piece from summer to fall. It is a light knit, so it can be worn under any weather. She paired it with distressed boyfriend denim shorts. They keep her cool and classy for any errand around town. She paired this summer style with her new black leather fringe jacket from H & S. With three-quarter sleeves, this jacket is perfect for the transitioning weather. She added plain black booties with a low heel. With the peep toe heel, the shoes can be used to transition from summer to fall. She accessorized her outfit with the Diamond Cuff because it is simple, but it also makes such a statement.
This outfit, when separated into pieces, might look like many different styles. The seasons are clear, but it makes such a great cohesive outfit when combined together.
What is your STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK? “Be bold when transitioning from different seasons. Don’t be afraid to mix and match; you never know what you can create with a little bit of imagination.”
