With crisp weather in the air, it’s time to break out our winter wardrobes. Many will argue that this season is the best for fashion — It comes with layering, jackets, boots, and new trends. With these new trends hitting the rack, comes a whole new seasonal color palette.
When you think about the colors of winter fashion, the first ones that come to mind may be black, brown, orange, and maybe white. However, that is not the case this year. This season, the color trends are leaning more toward brighter and jewel tones for our cooler-weather garments. WGSN, a popular fashion forecasting company, labeled fall and winter 2022 to 2023 colors as “Hyper Brights.” These colors blend well with the neutrals that we are used to during this time but add a unique twist and contrast.
Want to hop on the trend? Here are some pieces you can purchase to fill your wardrobe with these three trending winter colors.
Jewel Green
We have seen green rise in popularity and that will continue into this season. To make the color fit more with the weather, this trend is shifting to more of a darker jewel tone hue.
