Hello, Fashionistas/os! My name is Jennifer Fraccalvieri, and this fall I will be starting my senior year at Adelphi University. I am studying Journalism with a minor in Psychology. My dream one day would be to work for a fashion magazine. I am so excited to start my internship with CollegeFashionista.
My love for fashion began when I wanted to be different from my twin sister. Slowly, fashion became a way for me to become independent and find my voice—it became my own form of art. Fashion is a way to show the world who you are and I love every second of it.
My fashion sense is classic and casual. It can also be described as feminine and boho. I love pieces that can transition from day to night, the seasons and last you a long time. My biggest weakness when it comes to fashion is shoes. A good shoe can make or break a person. This is one of the reasons why fall is my favorite season. It brings along all the pumpkins, and of course all the must-have boots.
The one thing that is part of my everyday wardrobe are the bracelets on my arm. They are from Alex and Ani and Lokai. I love wearing my Lokai bracelets because I know they are for a good cause. What I’m wearing is my go-to outfit for fall, especially when I am on my way to school. This outfit has staple pieces in anyone’s wardrobe: a soft and sexy T-shirt, dark wash jeans, cardigan and a nice pair of booties. It is casual mixed with chic. Any part of this outfit can work for a girl’s night out, the first day of school or even date night.
