Round two, here we go!! I am beyond excited to start my second semester with CollegeFashionista. There are just too many cool trends and fashionable people to cover in just one semester! Not to mention, being offered the opportunity to form part of the CollegeFashionista Style Guru family again wasn’t something I could ever pass up.
For those of you who are new to my page, my name is Paula Carroll and I am a sophomore at High Point University. I’m a Journalism major but I live and breathe fashion. Somehow, eventually the two will be tied together to create my dream job. I recently started the first fashion club at High Point University with one of my closest friends so I’m ecstatic to be leaving a fashion mark at my school.
Just so you get a brief idea of who I am; I think the color black is pretty cool, leather jackets are my favorite things ever, I wish I had a pair of sunglasses to go with every outfit, my biggest struggle right now is being a college student with expensive taste (so fingers crossed I win the lottery soon) and I could live off of Mexican food for the rest of my life.
This is going to be such an awesome semester. I can’t wait to go around my campus hunting for the creme de la creme of fashionable humans. I know I’m going to be wearing lots of black, olive, and burgundy this fall. A corduroy skirt, a knotted T-shirt, an oversized jean jacket and a pair of adidas Superstar sneakers would be a perfect outfit this upcoming fall! As you can tell from my bio photos, I am very big on pairing sneakers with almost any outfit this season. I really think that workout-chic is the next big thing.
