It’s here, everybody! College football season has finally rolled around the corner and no where else does it better than the South. It’s a great time to start looking for the perfect game day outfit! Especially at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), students and families go all out for the games. Game day consists of your Sunday best, luxurious tailgating and representing your Greek organization. T-shirts and jerseys are nowhere to be seen as everyone is dressed to the nines in a school-like fashion show.
This Fashionista is rocking an (almost) all black outfit, as she gets ready for the first game of the season! Her black Topshop dress is light and perfect for the humidity. The crochet details add a fun touch to the dress and instantly gives the outfit a more preppy feel. Her brown, Steve Madden heels break up the all black outfit and are super comfortable to be worn walking all over the football stadium! She added a black, floppy hat to protect her eyes from the sun so that she could watch every single play! Her final touches include a classic red lip and her sorority pin! Her red lipstick is from Revlon and she found her black hat in the BP department of Nordstrom.
I love taking a simple outfit and glam it up with accessories because it’s effortless yet well put together.
One Simple Change: One change this Fashionista can do is replace the bold, red lip with a neutral pink. This would be perfect for a Sunday tea or any sort of lunch event. Hotty Toddy!
