Glitter eyeliner and glitter eyeshadow have been around since I first knew what makeup was and definitely many years before. Whether it’s going to a party wanting an extra bit of glitter or going to a concert and wanting to sparkle all night; glitter anything is probably your best friend. So, who said glitter eyebrows couldn’t be part of the “glitter gang” as well?
My fellow Fashionista and I went to Electric Zoo this past September, also commonly known as Ezoo. It’s no big deal seeing a guy in a tutu, a girl with full butterfly makeup or even people on stilts—so why not include glitter eyebrows too! Glitter is that one extra touch that can totally take your makeup from an eight to a 10! Glitter eyebrows, however, aren’t just for summer concerts or themed parties. Recently, I’ve seen many people in New York City with colored eyebrows and I’m sure glitter eyebrows are next in line.

A great thing about glitter eyebrows is they take less than a minute to complete. Swipe on some glitter and you’re good to go! Super simple and easy, but they sure do make a statement. You’ll be turning heads walking down the street left and right, and people will be in awe with how cool your glitter eyebrows look. This Fashionista rocked her glitter eyebrows with Dr. Martens, a flannel and dark jeans. A little bit of grunge, but a whole lot of glam.
What’s on the BEAUTY BAR: For this trend all you need is one simple item and that’s body glitter. It’s super inexpensive and will go a long way. Under the cap of the bottle is a little brush. If you prefer loose glitter then all you need is to add a bit of glue to your eyebrows and then pat on the glitter with your finger. So go out and buy yourself a little glitter and glitter-ify those brows!
