Morning classes can be such a drag, but that does not mean your outfit has to be! I I know the struggle is real when you lie in bed, dreading to start the day filled with assignments and readings; but I find that the best way to get through hours of sitting in lectures is to look good and feel comfortable. I think that it is super easy to throw on a cute, yet effortless outfit in the morning and manage to still have time to grab a coffee before class for a quick pick me up.
While on campus, I found this Fashionisto dashing out of one his classes and onto another one. He wore a loose band T-shirt, black skinny jeans, high-top sneakers (which are ideal for running from class to class in) and a silver watch, which is perfect for keeping track of time during a hectic schedule. I was lucky to catch him with five minutes to spare until his next class, and I found that this look was the perfect mix of comfy and stylish. It was simple in the black and white color scheme with a slight edge from the band shirt; all the while, this look remained casual and effortless.
One Simple Change: Do you have a class that ends at 4:00 p.m. and a concert that starts at 7:00 p.m.? This look is the perfect transition from morning classes to an evening concert. Even adding a basic jacket will be perfect for those outdoor concerts as well as maintaining the “cool and casual” feel to the outfit.
