Hi there! My name is Annie Hutchinson. I am from New York City, and I am very excited to be a part of the spring 2016 CollegeFashionista Style Guru team! This will be my third season as a returning blogger. I am so excited to share my fashion encounters with everyone. My college is full of diversity and a wide variety of fashion trends. I am extremely motivated to write about the best fashion trends I see on my campus this upcoming spring.
At this time, I am currently finishing up my third year at SUNY New Paltz. I am double majoring in organizational communications and digital media programming and management. I have a second WordPress blog that I am responsible for as well. I am working on an internship with my college through the admissions department. I am a New Paltz Blogger that writes weekly articles about my day-to-day college experiences. I write to an audience of SUNY New Paltz alumni, prospective students, the village community, current students and faculty. Ultimately, one day I hope to take my media studies and communication skills to work in Manhattan.
I have a passion for photography, creative aesthetic, picture culture and great composition. I grew up loving fashion magazines directed towards young adults. I am so happy to have found this opportunity to work with CollegeFashionista for another season. I am hoping to enhance my communication and photography skills during my time as a Style Guru.
The winter season is the perfect time to pull out my favorite parka! I also enjoy to throw on a pair of black riding boots to complete any outfit. Sunglasses also help combat the cold winter air.
