Hello Fashionistas/os! My name is Tiffany B. Livingston. However, I like to just go by Tiffany B. like the character from my favorite childhood book series named Juniper “Junie B.” Jones. Ahhhh, nostalgia! I am hailing from the best hometown ever—Washington D.C. I am a first year strategic communications major with a concentration in public relations at Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia.
As a city girl, fashion was introduced to me at a very young age. And as you may have guessed, I was quickly attracted to fashion and style. Although I did not go very far from home for college, life in Hampton, Virginia is very different from the ever-booming District that I have become accustomed to for so long. To my surprise, the fashion at Hampton University is just as diverse as the people that attend the university, as the students come from all different parts of life and different parts the world. Every day is a fashion show on campus. I’m never disappointed by the style at Hampton! I have never been around so many cultured and educated people who love fashion as much as I do in my life.
This is my first semester with CollegeFashionista and definitely not my last. CollegeFashionista has blessed me with my first college internship, which is very thrilling for me. I am very thankful for this opportunity. I am ready to showcase my personal style and the style of my fellow peers at Hampton. I am excited for the upcoming fashion that the new semester will bring and I hope you all are too! We’ve got a good one coming up! You can look forward to several bold fashion statements including colored fur, chunky knits, over-the-knee boots and a little skin too!
