With dazzling parties covered in streamers, noisemakers and confetti, New Year’s Eve is one of the biggest holidays of the year. It is one of my favorite occasions personally and gives a certain “new hope” for what fate has in store for us. Whether you are setting new goals for the upcoming year or letting go of old baggage from the previous year, it seems that NYE gives everyone the opportunity for a fresh start. From the classic champagne toast to maybe an unexpected kiss at midnight, many choose to dress up for the occasion.
The stereotypical outfit expected on New Year’s Eve is usually something covered sparkles, but it is not the only way to go. This Fashionista chose a comfy yet chic look. She’s rocking a white eyelash fur dress with a black fur vest over top, black tights and black suede bootie heels. This outfit is very classy and elegant for the occasion and shows composure. She tops the outfit off with gold and pearls. Her kate spade bracelet is a delicate addition, and the bow on it makes it feminine. The contrast of the black and off-white makes for the perfect winter-chic look. It is important to dress warm on New Year’s Eve since it’s typically cold during this time of the year, so tights are a must.
