When I came across the Armani Privé fall 2015 couture collection, I instantly fell in love! The colors showered the runway in black, cobalt blue and bright magenta with accents of turquoise and royal purple. With an array of blazers, trousers and gowns of every type, I had to recreate the exquisite collection with a couple of my own pieces.
Whether I am going to class, shopping or to attending dinner, my go-to outfit is a tailored blazer with a skinny or straight leg pant. It’s such a classy and sophisticated look that will not fail you! I instantly built that sort of an outfit in my head after looking at the photos of this collection. The fabrics and embellishments used in this collection are very beautiful but not exactly in my day-to-day budget. I had to find a way to take this dressy and elegant theme and make it a lot more casual. The leather pants I am wearing are surprisingly comfortable with the back of the pants being a stretchy spandex material.
The ankle strap pumps I chose are so much fun! I love the color-block trend and it ended up going perfectly with the black and magenta theme in Armani Privé’s show. I also love them because you can wear them either formally or casually. I usually have a difficult time finding a comfortable shoe in this style but Windsor shoes never seem to let me down. Unfortunately, Windsor does not sell these exact shoes anymore but I found a similar pair online at Charlotte Russe.
My jacket is probably my favorite part of the outfit. Blazers add such a structured look and I love the touch of leather on the bottom panel. It’s also simple enough to pair with some fun bold accessories and lipstick to add a pop of color! I’m so glad I came across this collection; between its gorgeous color palate and extravagant pieces, it’s very easy to find inspiration and add some great pieces to your own personal wardrobe!
