A knit cardigan, blouse, leggings and aviators are a few of my favorite accessories to piece together for an everyday look. Combining together comfortable blouses help me dress for any occasion or task I may encounter throughout the day.
Taking inspiration from Ronald van der Kemp spring 2016 couture collection, I used one of my white knit cardigans combined with a few of my own jewelry accessories to create a runway look appear casual. Many of Ronald van der Kemp’s designs have one print or design on the fabric that pop alongside other articles of clothing. I chose to add a pop of color instead of a print with my solid colored top. A Fashionista could also chose to wear a fitted blouse as a substitute under the open cardigan.
A solid blouse can always be used to compose a classic look, one could easily find a cardigan to achieve a similar look. Versatility and comfort are two of the key elements to any stylish look especially for college students. I chose to wear a bright polyester red blouse with a neon effect. I layered with a white knit cardigan paired with black leggings and my favorite silver aviator sunglasses to match my silver accessories.
I am also wearing black riding boots with my reversible oversized black tote bag. I have on a sterling silver monogrammed necklace with a few silver alex and ani bracelets. My outfit is topped off with a few of my mixed match wardrobe items that can be worn with a lot of different looks.
