Hello everyone! I’m Becca Ray, born and raised in Dallas, Texas but lucky enough to be out in Athens, Georgia to attend the great University of Georgia for college. GO DAWGS! I’m studying advertising with a minor in fashion merchandising. I’m refusing to admit that I’m actually a second semester junior. college has gone by way too fast. I’m so glad to be back for my third semester as a Style Guru.
After being a Style Guru for quite some time now, I want to challenge myself this semester. I’m challenging myself to be unique with each post, whether that means finding a Fashionista/o that rocks a look I would never wear or use my photography skills to capture a Fashionistas/os style in a creative way.
If it’s your first time stopping by my page here is a little about me. I love photography and I’m very excited because I just got a new Nikon 750 for my 21st birthday. I go barefoot any chance I get but I’m a huge shoe lover so that doesn’t always add up. I like to travel and explore new places. I’m a big night owl and stay up really late, which I get from my wonderful Mama. My favorite foods include but are not limited to sushi, fresh fruit and tacos (any tex-mex really). Oh, and of course I love fashion duh!
Exploring new styles, brands and pieces is always exciting and I can’t get enough. I love accessories, especially rings and I have a certain few that I wear basically everyday. Besides my copious ring collection, some of my favorite go-to pieces right now would include a good pair of combat boots, a choker necklace, a graphic T-shirt and for this winter my beautiful leather jacket that is pictured.
