As I’ve said before and will say again, black will forever be my favorite “color.” Black jeans, black leather jacket, black heels—you name it—if it’s black, I probably love it. So of course when this Fashionista paired her super cool black slip-ons with a laid back all-black ensemble I had to photograph it.
The weather has been quite strange here in New York City. Waking up in the morning and trying to pick an outfit is the most confusing thing to struggle with at 8:00 am. One day you’re bundled up in a scarf, gloves, a hat and a coat. The next day, you’re thinking that you just might be able to get away with a pair of shorts. However, one thing that will always be there for you no matter the weather is the color black. From black shorts to black boots to black dresses, it’s perfect for every weather during any season.
This Fashionista’s black slip-ons are also extremely versatile. She paired them with black workout pants for a sleek, sporty look but could also have paired them with a fur coat and jeans. Also, who doesn’t love just slipping right into shoes when you’re already 10 minutes late for class. What I love most about these shoes is that they’re totally unisex. Guys could easily pull them off (or slip them on) just as easily as girls can.
