This spring/summer season is going to be huge with all of the colorful and patterned trends that have been popping up on the runway. One trend that has had a huge resurgence for the summer is a colorful gingham style. Gingham is a classic American summertime go-to because of the airy fabric and bright colors. Designers like Zac Posen and Wes Gordon have featured the print in their summer runway shows and stores like J.Crew are featuring the trend in stores.
Even with the rainy spring weather, this Fashionista found a way to brighten up her classic black outfit with the accents of white from her gingham shirt. She tucked the oversized top into some black skinny jeans for that perfectly undone look and choose lace up black booties to finish off the simplistic black vibe. Adding some dainty gold accessories would be perfect here to add a feminine touch.
