Hi I’m Todd, I am 19 years old and I live in San Diego, California. I am studying film and fashion merchandising at Palomar College. This summer I am going to be living and working in New York City.
I get my style inspiration from movies I watch and from the ’80s and ’90s. You will usually find me wearing thrifted “mom jeans” and a band shirt with a bomber jacket or a leather jacket. You’ll always find me with my Kanken backpack covered in Enamel pins. My style is always changing, I like to experiment with different trends to find what I like and feel comfortable in. My go-to pair of shoes are my Dr. Martens 1461’s; I love them because they go with everything and they put together any look to make it look more “professional”. At school I will usually wear the thrifted jeans, a band shirt, my Dr. Martens and a bomber or leather jacket. This is a good casual look for school because it is comfortable but still stylish. On certain days of the school week I will dress up more by changing the jeans to black pants and the shirt to just a plain colored shirt or I will layer wear a white collared shirt under a black shirt with a leather jacket. That is one of my favorite things to wear because it reminds me of an outfit from the movie The Craft.
This will be my first semester as a Style Guru with CollegeFashionista, I am very excited to get my foot in door in the fashion industry!
