Warm weather calls for shorts and short sleeves, but this outfit here is pretty universal. It works for all seasons. Even though the temperature that day was around 80 degrees, this Fashionisto still pulled it off, along with his man bun.
What caught my eye was the denim top: it’s the highlight of the whole outfit. The top had a suede collar and suede elbow patches, and who doesn’t love elbow patches? They add class onto the look! I personally believe that any kind of detail in a garment makes a big difference in the look of an outfit. The top was also at the perfect length: it wasn’t too short or too long, giving it a more casual look. I asked the Fashionisto where he bought the top and he told me that it was a thrift, but you can still find denim tops in any store!
Khaki pants are a staple to everyone’s wardrobe. These pants can be worn for a dressy occasion or just for a casual day. The khaki color complements the denim, and it goes so well with the suede details of the top as well. I loved how the Fashionisto was wearing adidas Superstars, which are actually one of my favorite sneakers (having a pair myself.) Those trendy sneakers are pretty much everywhere and popular for being suitable for any get up.
The Fashionisto also added a green pin onto the denim top which he thinks, “gives it a pop of color.” I couldn’t agree more.
What is your STYLE ADVICE OF THE WEEK? “If it’s old, it’s gold. I only wear thrift shop clothing, and the more worn out it is, the better. It gives me a certain vibe.”
