Summer is in full swing and that means the sun is shining and the temperature is heating up. When it’s hot and humid, all you want is something light and easy to throw on. A trend I am loving right now is mini skirts. Skirts are so versatile and can be easily transitioned from a day to night look. They are easy to dress up or dress down. Skirts are becoming more and more on trend. There are so many types of skirts: A-line, maxi, mini and many more. My favorite is the skater skirt. I love the fun, flared look it gives to any silhouette. An extra bonus is that they are super comfy. As someone who loves wearing all types of skirts, I can assure you that they are so comfortable and easy to move in.
Summer is also a great time to experiment with different patterns and colors. I always love a pop of color in my day to day outfit. It gives an outfit a fun little twist. Bright colors are eye-catching such as the blue and white stripes on this Fashionista’s skirt.
