If there’s one trend you’ll find in my articles this summer, it’s that you can never go wrong with the perfect dress. I mean if you think of it, dresses make it socially acceptable to leave the house with no pants on! They’re simply cute, comfortable and effortless.
The best part about dresses is that they come in a length for every occasion: mini, midi and maxi. So whether you’re heading to the beach this summer, or a night on the town, you can rely on your favorite dress to get you through a quick getting-ready process.
Now, I can rave about how great of a creation dresses really are, but at the end of the day, it’s not just a piece of advice, but more so a closet essential. If you don’t believe me, try making it through life without a LBD (little black dress). It may just be close to impossible! Maybe I’m being a little dramatic, but you get the picture. LBDs are my favorite go-to item when I’m indecisive, (which is more often than not). The versatility it offers is like no other clothing piece I own.
This Fashionista dressed up a rather casual Brandy Melville LBD by pairing it with nude Steve Madden wedges and jewelry. She tied it together with a soft mauve color on the lips and a Coach cross-body purse.
