Hello fashion readers and style lovers alike! I am a returning Style Guru, hoping to continue being a part of this great fashion community. I promise to try my best to provide you with worthwhile content, as all of you will too.
Get to know a little bit about me: I love adventure, good food and sarcasm in any form. I believe in spontaneous midnights at the pool, a good pair of sneakers and having a little bit of a mess in every form. Fashion is like my home and my style is like that person we all know who can never make a decision. I’ll be nice and describe my personal style as multidimensional. I like new trends and old ones, cute styles with an edge and layering basically anything. Having one style is too much commitment for me, therefore I like to dabble in a bit of everything while keeping my choices true to me. I am pretty sure that I am not the only one, so who is with me?
In school I study business, but my heart yearns to express creativity. This lead me to join the Fashion Interest Group my first year and I stayed ever since. I have designed for two fashion shows and somehow won first place last year. This small, but significant group has become my extended family since we all share the same interests and have similar career goals. I have no idea what I would do without them.
Overall, I would like to blame and thank my grandma for my love of fashion. Let’s just say that I have never seen her without her faux pearl necklace. She is the most fabulous woman that slays to this day. This is for you grandma.
