Hello Everyone! My name is Kathryn Barbarczuk, but I usually go by Katie. I attend Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. I love VCU, walking around campus there are so many different styles you see and can get different ideas from.
I am from Stafford, Virginia so commuting from the suburbs to the city is like going to two different worlds. In Stafford there are not too many thrift stores around so it was not until going to school in Richmond where I found the love for going into thrift stores and searching for different styles of clothing. I do love fashion and learning about different cultures and their fashion as well.
Fashion is a big part of my day to day lifestyle, but makeup has my heart. I love catching up on the latest YouTube tutorials trying to teach myself different make up techniques especially when it comes to contouring and highlighting. I still cannot get the wing eyeliner just right yet. Makeup is my comfort zone and I hope my experience here at CollegeFashionista can make fashion my comfort zone too! I admire people who can put their personality into an outfit, who are not afraid to just be themselves. I am here to share with all of you those people who I see on campus showing off just how unique and diverse VCU is. I cannot wait to see what outfits I catch on campus and to hear what all of you have to say about them! Happy fall semester!
