Hey Fashionistas/os! My name is Suzie Baldwin. I am senior at Iowa State University studying apparel, merchandise and design. It feels so surreal to be in my last semester of college. It’s gone by way too fast! I am so excited to be writing for CollegeFashionista again this fall for my fifth semester as a Style Guru. In addition to that, this semester I will also be a part of the Social Media Society for the second time! CollegeFashionista has brought me so much joy thus far and I’m ready for a #RAD semester!
Now a little bit about me and fashion! My style consists more of a laid back style. I love anything if it’s comfortable or anything to add some pizazz to my get-up. The perfect word to describe my style would have to be ‘bohemian’. One of the biggest things I have learned about fashion is that it is one of the best ways to express yourself. I’ve learned to love my style and be confident. Being in college I really found my niche in fashion and absolutely love that!
In my free time, I enjoy blogging, coffee dates, traveling, shopping and of course watching Netflix. I’m excited for this semester, because it’s my last and I’m ready to really bring my creativity to life with CollegeFashionista as a Style Guru and Social Media intern. It’s definitely going to be on for the books! Fun fact: I spent my summer as a Floridian and basically want to move there now! I’m wearing a maroon bell sleeve top, perfect for this coming fall paired with some black lace shorts!
