In the past few years, crochet tops have gained a lot of popularity. First I saw them on celebrities and models at music festivals like Coachella and Outside Lands. Then they began to grow popular among everyday people as girls realized how they could be used as the perfect summer top. However these popular crochet tops were mostly halters and tanks that could only be worn in the summer months. So when I saw this Fashionista’s long sleeve crochet top and what she decided to pair it with, I had to stop and show my appreciation!
As school starts back up and we return to classes, it can be hard to find an outfit that works with the new season but still keeps you cool in the lingering summer heat. That’s why this crochet top is perfect! The long sleeves scream fall but since it’s see through you still get a bit of summer vibe. This Fashionista kept the summer vibe going by wearing a black lace bralette under her top. Not only is a bralette super comfortable but it also adds another layer of detail that makes the outfit stand out even more!
On the bottom she chose to pair her top with ripped boyfriend jeans and a cute black sandal. She then complimented her tan and white purse with gold earrings and a simple rose gold pendant necklace. With this outfit, the Fashionista was ready to take on the new school year in style!
