Happy fall, everyone! I don’t know about you, but there is nothing I love more than fall in the Midwest, even if that means putting up with the crazy unpredictable weather. How can you not, especially if it means fall fashion! I can’t think of anything better than cozying up in a comfy sweater drinking a pumpkin spiced latte (sorry, I had to). Also, fall equals boots season, which, in my opinion, is the best season. Riding boots, rain boots, ankle booties, furry boots, the list goes on!
This Fashionista may be from California, but she has the fall chic look down to the very last accessory. It’s all about arm candy for her—lots of little bracelets and bangles topped off with a gorgeous statement watch. Make sure to cuff your sweater to show off all that sparkle! Also, chokers are a huge trend again going into this fall season. I personally love the wrap style because you can switch it up every time you wear it! This Fashionista’s choker is from Dainty Hooligan (the cutest little online boutique). Accessories are the easiest way to switch up an outfit—add a little sparkle here and there and you are good to go. Bare shoulders are huge again this fall—just make sure you have a vest/light jacket to cover yourself up when it gets a little chillier outside! This Fashionista’s cream sweater is a perfect combination of trendy and cozy. This Fashionista is extremely fall forward with her colors—the army green vest is a perfect fall neutral that goes with basically anything already in your fall wardrobe. Her black skinnies are from Free People and are a wardrobe staple when basic blue denim simply won’t do. Last but not least, her adorable black booties are from Nordstrom! Not only are they the most perfect go-to boot ever, but did we mention they are also waterproof?? And who said looking stylish in the rain was hard!
