My name is Marshea Chapman. I was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. I am currently a senior at the University of Alabama. After changing my major multiple times, I have finally decided to major in human environment sciences and minor in criminal justice. When I’m not obsessing over the latest fashion and beauty trends, I am usually hanging out with friends or binge watching my favorite Netflix shows.
I can not remember a time when I have not loved fashion. As a child I would try on my moms clothes and put on fashion shows. When I was old enough to start shopping on my own, I felt a sense of freedom. I love to shop and style others. Although I have always been into fashion, I never thought I could make it into an actual career. I thought it would always just be a hobby of mine. After graduation in August I plan to open a women’s ready-to-wear online boutique that offers affordable and trendy clothing
There is not a specific category that I would put my personal style in. I like anything with a little detail. One day I might be in the mood to wear a lace dress and the next I’m feeling a band T-shirt and Converse. It really just depends what look I’m feeling that season or even that day. In the summer my favorite things to wear are playsuits, rompers, and my Ray-Ban sunglasses. In the colder months, I usually go for chunky sweaters, turtlenecks, and boots
