When you live in a cold state and those winter days are upon you, you have to dress to keep yourself warm, but you probably still want to keep it cute. Some days you may get lucky and get a day that is 10 degrees hotter, so you just have to know how to work it. For a bit warmer Saturday afternoon in the winter, this Fashionista found a way to keep it cute and keep it warm.
On a day out with family or friends, you want to find a way to stay as warm as possible without having to pile on all of your winter apparel; therefore, you have to get creative. The winter time is when your creativity comes into full force and you start to layer and pair your different clothing together.
While on the town, this Fashionista chose to dress up a pair of dark jeans. She paired it with a blouse that had gold accents around the neck, a black blazer for a more chic and dressier look, and thigh-high boots for some edge and extra warmth. As for her coat, she kept it simple and lightweight with a cute peacoat that matched her blouse and tied her whole look together. With the way this Fashionista put this look together, it was great for staying cute, staying warm, and staying comfortable.
Another lesson learned from this look is that you can take jeans in any direction you want, whether it’s dressing up them up or down, being casual or being chic. Use the cold whether to your advantage and take your style and creativity to new heights this season!
