Coffee shops have quickly become my favorite place to go to do homework, hang out with friends, and just sit and relax. I know I’m not the only one, but studying at home in your comfy bed or in your dorm room can be super tempting and often times distracting. Going to do your homework can not only help you focus more but can also give you a change of scenery, an opportunity to meet new people, and access to all of the coffee you could ever need.
I am a strong believer in the saying, “If you look good, you feel good,” which is why I am here to give you some what-to-wear advice on going to a coffee shop study date. Depending on where you live, right now it could either be very warm, very cold, or if you’re from the Midwest like myself, warm some days and snowing the others. This Fashionista shows us a perfect outfit for any kind of weather.
Her outfit focus is on her striped shirt and her matching gray cardigan. Her cardigan keeps her warm but is also light enough for winter or spring. She adds to her stripe theme by wearing Adidas sneakers and accessorizing with her black and white striped Kate Spade laptop sleeve. She does a great job of matching everything from head to toe without being too much.
This is a perfect outfit to wear to a coffee shop to get some studying done. Going back to the saying, “If you look good, you feel good,” you will be more focused if you dress nice and feel good about your appearance than if you try to study in pajamas or sweatpants. This Fashionista is still 100 percent comfortable while looking stylish and cute. To copy her look, you can wear any T-shirt and any cardigan with a pair of leggings and sneakers! A neutral colored laptop sleeve like hers will also spice up your look instantly. Happy studying!
