Agentry PR is looking for a fashion PR intern for the Fall 2017 semester in their New York office. Agentry PR is a full service marketing communications agency with offices in New York City and Los Angeles. They specialize within the fashion, lifestyle and entertainment sectors across all facets of marketing and public relations, from brand strategy and media outreach to events, sponsorships and VIP relations.
Agentry currently houses and manages 23+ clients in the menswear, womenswear, and accessory divisions. Clients include David Hart, Minnetonka, Mavi, Krammer & Stoudt, Gola, and Christian Siriano among others.
Responsibilities:
- Learning and working with Spring/Summer 2018 collections and Fall/Winter 2018 collections
- Working at various press events including Fashion Week, press days and private client events, assembling press kit mailings, various research projects and handling daily showroom trafficking
- Assist in giftings to celebrities and monitoring celeb coverage
- Attend client meetings to see how a PR agency and the marketing side work collaboratively
- Sample trafficking
- Showroom maintenance
- Event participation and fashion week/show participation
- Online research
- Day to day public relation related tasks
Requirements:
- Must be available at least 3 days a week
- Currently enrolled in a school program
- Able to receive school credit
- Previous fashion experience a plus
