When the weather is below 30 degrees, it can be difficult to get up and leave the warmth of your fuzzy blanket, let alone go to the gym. I mean who wants to be doing push-ups, when you could be curled up in bed with hot chocolate and a good book? (Not me, that’s for sure.) Luckily for me, the CF community members have the best fitness and fashion tips. Keep reading if you’re in need of some ideas for winter workout outfits, or looking to get some major motivation to hit the gym. Â
