‘Tis the season! Christmas is here and the holiday parties are lining up. On top of all the last minute Christmas shopping left to do, you have to worry about getting all dolled up for parties and deciding what to wear. There are so many celebrations to dress for from work parties, school dances and friend’s parties. Then, of course, there’s dressing up on Christmas Eve and Christmas to partying in the New Year. Before the champagne cheers can begin you have to plan your wardrobe accordingly, which is always my favorite part. Putting on the Christmas music and wearing festive greens and reds with accents of sparkle really puts you in a jolly good mood. So don’t sweat the small stuff and take some advice from this gorgeous red-headed Fashionista.
Super festive and fun, this Fashionsta transformed an over coat into a Christmas dress. This emerald green velvet dress is the cutest thing I have seen in a while. Instead of the usual red sweater and black pencil skirt, it was refreshing to see this velvet beauty among the crowd. The big buttons add a bit of contrast and accent the outfit so well.
This outfit gives off a boho vintage vibe and I love it. The velvet adds some texture and is a huge trend this fall season. Pairing it with boots and tights seems to be a staple for any girl this season, you can never go wrong.
So, instead of doing the normal outfit, think outside the realm of normal holiday fashion and add a bit of flavor with your own personal flair. Take that old tulle skirt and transform it into a statement piece or add a Santa hat into the mix.
One Simple Change: This Fashionista rocked the boots for a daytime class extravaganza, but transform this daytime look into a nighttime stunner with some black pumps or be extra sassy with some gold sparkly heels. It is the season for a little extra glitz after all. Happy holidays!
