Happy New Year Fashionista/os! There is something so refreshing about the start of a new year. What with the positive outlooks for the year to come and the flocks of people hitting the gym, it’s not hard to welcome this breath of fresh air. As for me, I like cleaning out my closet: an “out with the old, in with the new” sort of thing. And there’s nothing better than deciding what to stock a closet with!
This season, I am totally in love with the dressed-up casual concept. And this Fashionista is doing just that. This Fashionista is wearing a white knit sweater from H&M, which she has decided to pair with dark gray leggings from Nordstrom. Her dark green army jacket is in high demand this season and one of my personal favorite items! The layers make her outfit look complete and polished, however it gives off a casual and effortless vibe. This is definitely the style of the season!

Paired with her statement necklace and Tory Burch cross-body bag, she can go almost anywhere in this outfit. One of my New Year’s resolutions is to get rid of the bad and in with the good. This definitely includes my closet!
