It’s nearly spring, we can almost taste it! I know I speak for everyone when I say we are dying for that warm-weather sunshine goodness that will pull us out of our wintery blues. I can’t wait to wear dresses again and not feel like my legs are frozen! This Fashionista found an opportunity to break out a dress on a particularly warm winter day. In fact, it was actually her birthday, so she wanted to look cute (which she absolutely did).

This Fashionista rocked this flowy dress by adding an awesome statement necklace that brings in great color to the outfit, as well as sheer black polka-dot tights paired with some camping socks and maroon Dr. Martens. The socks layered with the tights adds a fun layering aspect to the outfit that is very big this winter and the boots add a rugged feel to the otherwise feminine outfit. All together, it is such a quirky, fun look that really brightened up the winter day.
