CollegeFashionista: Can you tell us a bit about your blog?
Ali Stone: I started my blog the summer of 2012 when I moved to New York for an internship with Harper’s Bazaar. It started as a way to document my time and style there. It’s developed into a personal style blog and a way to inspire other women to dress how they want and not worry about what others think.
CF: How would you describe your personal style?
AS: I would describe my style as classic, basic and edgy. I love Wilfred, rag & bone and VINCE for basics. My favorite trend right now is monochromatic looks, as you can tell by the outfit I’m wearing today.
CF: What is your favorite part of blogging?
AS: My favorite part of blogging is meeting new people, getting to know more individuals in the creative industry and collaborating with different brands and artists.
CF: Which social media channel is your favorite to utilize?
AS: Instagram is my favorite. I’m a photographer so I’m a super visual person. I love to share my life through photos.
