Chloé’s pre-fall 2015 collection consists of rich colors, a variety of textures, unique prints and a balance between long and short pieces.
After studying abroad last semester in Australia, I have found that I am in love with the rocker-bohemian lifestyle and fashion. From traveling around the world, listening to good music and picking up unusual pieces from different places, my wardrobe always has a little something special. This collection by Chloé brings back memories of fashion from Australia with a twist for fall (because it is pretty much always summer there!).
This look is styled after one of Chloé’s pre-fall 2015 looks. Something that I fell in love with in whole collection is the mix of long tunics, bold prints and shorts or skirts. With the right mixture of textures, prints and styles, the perfect rocker-bohemian look is created.
To bring Chloé’s pre-fall 2015 looks from runway to my personal wardrobe, I decided to wear a bold tunic sweater over a loose and flowy black dress. By pairing these two items, I have translated the look of a bold top and balanced it out with a shorter bottom and knee-high suede boots. The sweater adds weight and is appropriate for colder weather. The sweater and suede boots help to balance out the shorter bottom in the winter. Another item I picked up in Australia is my floppy felt hat; it keeps you warm and is a staple piece for your wardrobe.
Get My Look: 1. A patterned sweater. 2. Flowy dress. 3. Suede boots.
