There are so many ways to calm your nerves before the big moment, but one of my favorite solutions is to dress to impress. If you are dressed well, you feel calm and super confident. Being sure that you look the part will make it so much easier to focus on giving the best presentation of your college career.
I caught this Fashionista on her way to one of the most important presentations she has ever had. She was definitely dressed the part, so I can only imagine how well the presentation went! She combined a classic black blazer with a pair of black fitted slacks. Her pastel blouse gives her look just the right amount of spring vibes. She was rocking a slicked-back ponytail, which is always a quick and easy hairstyle when dressing professionally.
This Fashionista made the look her own by adding tons of gold rings and bangles with blue detail. This is a subtle but effective way to keep her look personal without sacrificing professionalism. She finished off the look with a large structured purse and simple black flats.
One Simple Change:Â Headed to an interview for a summer internship or your dream job? Amp up your look by switching out the flats for a pair of pointed-toe heels. Keep the heel to a mid height you can walk in comfortably to ensure you look extra professional.
