Your sorority is having its formal this Friday night. Yay! This is so exciting for the Greek world, and since I recently had the pleasure of going to my first formal, I just had to highlight the perfect formal look. When going to formal, the first thing Fashionistas/os need to focus on is being comfortable, because I don’t know about you, but there was lots of dancing involved in my formal. So, wear something you want to dance the night away in with your favorite brothers/sisters. This Fashionista made her look very unique to fit her personality but comfortable enough to have some fun.
The most important part of a formal look is obviously the dress. This Fashionista chose a dress with a sweet lacy pattern (much like this dress) that is so flirty and fun. This rose color really is complimented by her rose lipstick, so it pops her makeup as well. Now the fun part—this Fashionista uses silver as her accent color to add some sparkle to her outfit. Her heels are perfect for adding some flare (just like these pumps) and reflect her own unique style. Oh, and what Fashionista doesn’t have a bag to match her shoes? The sparkle of the bag and shoes really makes this Fashionista stand out in a formal crowd.
One Simple Change: So, formal is over (sad, I know) but that doesn’t mean you can’t still have fun. Now you can just change that formal dress into a more casual shift dress and get ready for a girl’s night out. Everybody knows the party doesn’t start until after hours!
