When it comes to some of my favorite designers, Elie Saab is the first one on the list. His creations and designs are always super elegant and cutting edge. For his spring 2015 ready-to-wear line, I was left memorized by his designs once again. The show-stopping designs consisted of plunging neckline dresses, rompers, floor length gowns and more. His evening gown designs showcased the dramatic slit up the front which really emphasized how long the models legs already are. My all-time favorite look of this line was the baby blue romper with the intricate lace design on the shoulder.
What I love most about Elie Saab and his designs is that everything in his collections always looks so effortless and dainty. He knows how to create things that would make any women feel like an absolute princess in his clothes. Although his pieces are a bit out of my price range, his looks are very easy to reproduce with your own twist and style.
Looking through this collection, I stopped immediately when I saw the baby blue romper because I had just purchased one just like it the other day. Baby blue is the perfect color to help you transition from winter to spring since the hue looks well in both seasons. My rendition of this Elie Saab piece had much more lace details then the runway version, but that is why it perfectly represents my style. When I dress up for occasions, I always go all out. I believe you can never be overdressed, you can only be underdressed.
I added a pair of tan lace-up Mary Jane pumps to make sure I don’t stray away from the beautiful design of the romper. My hairstyle choice was much different than the long straight locks of the runway, but it represents my typical hairstyle on a Tuesday.  For accessories, I kept it light with a pair of iridescent studs.
