Throughout Trina Turk’s resort 2015 Collection, there are such bright colors perfect for spring and summer. Something that really caught my eye in the collection was the bold jumpsuit. A jumpsuit in a bright and vibrant color paired with bold jewelry and unique shoes definitely makes a bold statement.
When I’m shopping, I always look for things that are different. This jumpsuit has unique cutouts and a bold pattern. I am in love with anything beachy and Ikat, which is exactly what this jumpsuit has. It can be dressed up for a more formal occasion or it can be dressed down for a casual look during the summer. Jumpsuits are the perfect alternative to maxi dresses. With a collection of maxi dresses in my closet, jumpsuits take it to the next level. They can be a solid color or patterned, but it is still a bold statement piece to wear out with friends.
Today, I a wearing a navy and cream ikat striped jumpsuit. This jumpsuit is a bold piece to be seen walking down the street in. It is perfect for these warm spring days, and it is comfortable to wear all day long. I have on a pair of slightly wedged sandals. These sandals go with everything and have the perfect height for the length of the jumpsuit. As far as jewelry goes, I kept it simple with a bracelet and a watch. With only two pieces of jewelry on, I still made a statement by mixing gold and silver jewelry. The gold snake bracelet is simple but adds an interesting detail. The white and silver watch is classic and ties in with the white on the jumpsuit.
