My name is Victoria De Leon. I am a junior at the University of Texas-Pan American, which will soon be called the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. I am majoring in Marketing. After graduating college, I am going to pursue a career in the fashion industry. I plan on becoming a buyer or opening up my own clothing store, or within time, do both.
I am extremely excited and thankful to to have been chosen to become a part of the CollegeFashionista family! I can only imagine the amazing opportunities this internship will lead me to, and I cannot wait to share the latest trends going on around campus!
Fashion is always something that I’ve loved and enjoyed. I remember my first grade teacher asking me where my favorite place to go was. Without letting a second pass by I replied “the mall”! I mean, what girl wouldn’t say the mall is one of her favorite places to go? As I have grown up and matured, so has my style. The past two years that I’ve been in college have really helped me broaden my views on a lot of things, fashion being one of them. Now I feel more confident when I decide to try out a new trend, or incorporate pieces that I wouldn’t normally wear.
