Hello fellow fashion lovers!
My name is Rachel Drenchko and I am a junior at Kent State University. I am majoring in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Photo Illustration. I am originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This is my first year with CollegeFashionista and I can’t wait for what is ahead!
I have always loved fashion since I was a little girl. I used to sew outfits for my dolls, sketch clothes and play dress up, anything that dealt with fashion. My love for fashion only grew as I got older. Throughout the years I have experimented in many styles and trends. I have found that through clothes, I am able to express my personality. They are also a great confidence booster! I love how the right clothes can make anyone feel good about themselves.
Besides fashion, I also love photography. I love showing people a new perspective of the world through pictures. CollegeFashionista is a place where I can express two of my passions. When I am not blogging on the best website, you can find me with my friends, listening to music or watching movies. Concerts are one of my favorite places to be at. Two of my favorite artists are Lady Gaga and Lana Del Rey. They are also some of my style influences. I can get inspired by anything, random people on the street, magazines, celebs, movies, friends, you catch my drift. My favorite designer is Alexander McQueen. He was a genius who made fashion into true art. My style is always evolving. Right now I love edgy and boho styles. My favorite thing to accessorize with is gold jewelry. I always like to try new trends and put my own flair to it.
I am excited for this summer with CollegeFashionista. I hope that I can inspire people to dress in a way that makes them look good and feel good. I can’t wait to show you guys some amazing style!
