Hello Fashionistas/os!
I am so excited to be a Style Guru for the summer and share my love for fashion with you all! I have been interested in fashion for as long as I can remember, so naturally, when college came along, I knew I would end up doing something that would lead me to a career in the industry. I would describe my style as simple, yet I love to add accessories such as a statement necklace, or arm candy. Fun pieces of jewelry, or a cool leather jacket and floppy hat, can add a lot to an otherwise seemingly boring outfit. One of my favorite staple pieces in my wardrobe is my striped T-shirt dress. An item like this is very versatile, and very easy to dress up with accessories. I find myself almost always wearing my white Converse, or my black slip-on flats. In addition to my simple style, I usually only wear neutrals. Black, white and gray are my favorite. These are definitely the colors that I am most attracted to when finding new pieces for my wardrobe.
I’m obsessed with all things Free People. If I could only shop at one store for the rest of my life, it would be Free People. In addition, I am obsessed with Olivia Palermo and Amber Fillerup Clark; I look to them for style inspiration often and dream of the day when I can live a life as fabulous as theirs. I cannot wait to connect with other Style Gurus and all of you stylish people over the next couple of months!
