Summer is the season to exploit the whole art of simplicity. Whether that means minimizing the layers of clothing articles for Fashionistos or backing off the layers of makeup for Fashionistas, it is all the same thing. This Fashionisto kept it simple with his, “let me hit up a day party look,” and I am seriously loving it. Also, check out the mix in prints between the wavy print on his bucket hat (which was designed and produced by a Texas Tech student, dopeythebear) and his camouflage print joggers. You all should know by now that I have an obsession with mixing prints!
Along with his capri style camouflage joggers, this Fashionisto has on a crisp, short sleeve white button-up. The white top definitely creates solidity among all the different aspects of this outfit, while pushing the simple factor of this ensemble. For accessories, he has on a gold Michael Kors watch, a pair of suede loafers, Ray-Ban Clubmaster sunglasses and as mentioned earlier, a wavy printed bucket hat. I am feeling all sorts of vibes from this outfit!
How To: Do you need a fun, summer look to hit the daytime scene with? Grab yourself a pair of printed joggers that stop around your calve muscles. Look for a short sleeve button-up in a solid color, preferably a lighter color to emphasize a sense of simplicity. For shoes, you can do loafers as the Fashionisto did, or you can opt for sandals, because, you know, it is summer. Pick out a nice bucket hat with a print that suits your personal taste, and do not forget the sunglasses. You all know I am all about the sunglasses.
