Fashion shows are perhaps one of my top favorite things in the world because it’s the time when designers get to share upcoming trends and overall brand aesthetic. After keeping up with this year’s fashion shows, I have to admit that the Acne Studios spring 2015 ready-to-wear collection is my favorite one.
This collection incorporated pieces such as mini dresses, flared trousers and elongated waistcoats. Some of my favorite fabrics like leather, silk and other sheer materials were used in the production of this line. Most ensembles were all solid, Scandinavian colors. The pieces also incorporated prints that featured fruit, vegetables and flowers. Although this is a women’s collection, I was inspired by the uniform colored ensembles. Trends are for everyone that can rock them!
Here I am wearing something fun and colorful just before spring is officially over. Exhibiting the trend of uniform attires, I decided to pair a plain T-shirt and pants in similar tones of lucite green. Giving it my own personal style, I added a light brown blazer. The spring sun can be pretty harsh sometimes, so I’m wearing a moss green fedora and black, round Ray-Bans. To stay comfortable and true to the color palette, I am wearing my brown Birkenstock sandals. It’s always good to know what time of the day it is, so I am wearing a henna colored watch.
Get My Look: 1. AÂ T-shirt and pants in any color. 2. Add a blazer in any contrasting color.
