Planning to visit any country can be equally as nerve-wrecking as it is exciting. As you look forward to touring exotic places and meeting foreign friends, you first have to finish the dreaded task of packing. When I started packing for my study abroad trip to Ireland, I had the hardest time figuring out what clothes to take. Weather in the United Kingdom is notoriously unpredictable, so should I pack shorts or jeans? Tank tops or sweaters? What does Irish style look like?
It wasn’t until I got here that I realized that campus style is similar everywhere. Some rules always apply. When you aren’t sure if the day will be cold and rainy or hot and sunny, pick layers to be best prepared and look stylish.
