I was originally drawn to her outfit because I noticed the detail on the blouse first, then secondly noticed that it was velvet. To me, velvet is a material that is underappreciated. It is comfortable, fairly durable and always dainty. Incorporating a paisley print into the top as well as the ruffled bottom adds an even more feminine touch.
