When people think of Texans, they think of all of them laced with a pair of cowboy boots and a hat to match, and usually not in a fashion-forward sense. Even though this thought is not completely true, us Texans do know how to take a pair of cowboy boots and make use of them in a totally chic outfit.
As many others may experience the same thing, when cowboy boots come to mind, it is usually associated with starched Wrangler jeans, corduroy button-ups and wide brimmed cowboy hats. However, this is not the only way to wear this style of boots. These boots can be worn in the summer with a pair of shorts and a cute tank top or flowy camisole. As depicted here by this Fashionista, they can also be worn with dresses. They are also perfect to complete game day outfits for football games. I know here at Texas Tech, there are special game day dresses you can actually buy that are specifically made just to wear to the home football games, and girls normally wear them with their cowboy boots. It is definitely the perfect accessory.
