Jewelry is the perfect way to bring life to an outfit and enhance your best features. What better way to do so than to complete your look with bold, striking and attention-grabbing pieces of jewelry?
In my eyes, an outfit is never complete until you fully accessorize. Every outfit always deserves to have an accessory or two (or five) to go along with it. Depending on the particular look you’re going for, a daintier necklace and studs might be all the items you need. But other times, it’s fun to stack on the bracelets, layer on the necklaces and pile on the rings because you just can’t decide which one to wear, so why not wear them all!
I saw this Fashionista, and while her entire outfit was “on point”, her striking hat was one of the first things to catch my eye. It’s a black felt hat with a band of gold accents and it was perfect for keeping the sun out of her face while she was hanging around outside. Her trendy muscle T-shirt gives the look and feel of an artsy DIY project and it makes an edgy statement wherever she goes because it features a self tie fringe at the sides and shoulders and displays a raw cut hem. The white T-shirt paired perfectly with her high-low black skirt and killer gladiator sandals.
Okay, so we’re aware that this Fashionista knows how to dress like a pro, but boy does she know her stuff when it comes to accessorizing. She was wearing multiple pieces of jewelry around her neck, wrists and fingers. Most of the jewelry she was wearing is apart of her handmade collection. She is super talented when it comes to creating beautiful pieces of wearable art. Her eclectic collection of handcrafted jewelry is inspired by the world’s beautiful cultures and my favorite piece that she was wearing is the asymmetrical gold and silver quartz bangle that also doubles as an arm cuff. And let’s not forget about those super trendy flash tattoos. They are the perfect accessory for the summer and are just downright fun to wear! Accessorizing is a form of self-expression and art and it allows you to experiment with new trends and styles along the way, so go ahead, have fun with it.
How To: Accessorize like an expert and layer your necklaces to create a graduated effect. Try pairing delicate shorter necklaces with slightly chunkier and longer necklaces. Grab a statement ring or two, stack some bracelets on your wrist and you’re good to go. Feeling extra daring? Add a fun hat and bold round shades to top off your unique look.
