Sadly, the summer season is beginning to die down. It is beginning to get darker earlier and a little cooler at night. As college students prepare to go back to school in a few short weeks, they also start to prepare their fall wardrobes. It’s almost time for comfy oversized sweaters, long pants and riding boots. However, we won’t have to do a whole wardrobe makeover for fall. We can easily translate some of our summer pieces into a fall look, which is exactly what this Fashionista has done.
Denim was such a huge trend for this summer. We saw it in almost every store in totally new ways. This Fashionista’s studded denim vest is perfect for all seasons of the year because it is easy to layer. A denim vest is a staple to have in a Fashionista’s wardrobe as it is easily versatile.
In preparing for the fall season, our Fashionista layers her denim vest over a black long sleeve T-shirt. She brings some warm colors into her look by wearing warm red jeggings. Colored denim is great for fall because it is a fun way to bring color into any outfit. They also look like you put more time into getting ready then you actually did. Her outfit would still be great with just the black T-shirt and jeggings but the studded denim vest brings the outfit up a notch. It makes her outfit a little more edgy and daring.
