Hi there! My name is Felicia and I am a student at the University of Kentucky. I am currently working on two degrees—one in Merchandising, Apparel and Textiles (a.k.a. Fashion Merchandising) and the other in Marketing. This is my first semester as a Style Guru, and let me just say that I am very excited!
I have a love for fashion and styling. It really hit me my sophomore year of high school. I went from wearing Aeropostale on a daily basis to completely changing my look by piecing new and exciting outfits together. I am often asked how I would classify my style, and the answer is that I can’t! My style can vary on a day-to-day basis or I even mix different styles together. I will say that I love pulling pieces with old fashioned vibes and pairing them with newer pieces to have a unique appearance. I had the amazing opportunity to study fashion in Italy over Spring Break, which inspired and motivated me all the more.
My favorite thing to do is shop. I love shopping for myself and I love it even more when people want me to go shop with them because they love the way I dress! P.S. I am a bargain hunter. I do have other interests other than fashion, though! I attend too many concerts, enjoy reading a good book and adore going on new adventures! If the weather permits, you can find me at the pool every day during the summer.
